Anime Fantasy II

Anime Fantasy is a live performance production created by Film Dreams Colombia, a project that brings together three orchestral formats: a training symphony orchestra, a professional symphony orchestra dedicated to live concerts, and a professional recording symphony orchestra specialized in studio productions.

For this occasion, the production was performed by the Film Dreams Concert Orchestra, composed of more than 30 professional musicians who brought to the stage some of the most iconic compositions from the world of anime. The repertoire included music from legendary series such as Dragon Ball Z, Saint Seiya, and Grimm’s Fairy Tales, among many others, presented through original arrangements specially created for the ensemble and featuring the participation of renowned Colombian singer and musician Paulo Cuevas.

Within this project, I participated as the arranger of the Pokémon Medley, a work that combines various themes from both the animated series and the video games of the franchise. This piece represented a valuable opportunity to develop a large-scale orchestral format with great musical richness and scope, featuring more than ten continuous minutes of music while exploring different atmospheres, emotions, and sonic languages within a single thematic universe.
